1. Goods are generally divided into "ready stock" or "pre-order goods". "Ready goods" are usually shipped within 3 working days after payment is completed. If there are both "ready stock" or "pre-order goods" in the same order, or there is a different release date. The same "pre-ordered goods" will be shipped at the same time after all the goods are available.
If the customer wants to split the order and ship it in batches, please place the order separately, or contact us through the customer communication in the order after placing the order.
If the free shipping amount of $800 is not reached after splitting the order, the customer needs to pay the collect shipping fee.
2. For orders that choose "Store Pickup", since some products may take time to be stocked, please go to the store to pick up the order after receiving the "Arrived" email notification.
The goods will be kept in the store for one month. Failure to pick up the goods after the time limit will be deemed as abandonment of the order.
3. When the order status is "Confirmed", the customer cannot change or cancel the order unless there are special circumstances.
4. "Pre-ordered goods" may need to be canceled due to insufficient supply. The store will refund the full payment.
(Since the credit card processing fee 3% is charged by Credit Card Service Platform and will not be refunded, our store cannot refund this part of the processing fee.)
5. All goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Loose card products: Since the cards are all issued by hand and may have original damage caused by printing/packaging, our store does not guarantee that all loose cards are in perfect condition, and the default is approximately NM~Mint.
Original box/original goods: If the goods need to be replaced due to quality problems, please keep the new and complete packaging, take photos and contact us within 7 working days.
6. The product content and release date of "pre-ordered products" are subject to the manufacturer's final announcement. If there are changes, customers cannot change or cancel the order.
7. The full payment for "pre-ordered goods" must be paid within one week after the arrival. If payment is not made, the order will be deemed abandoned, and our store will also process abandoned goods.
If you choose "Store Pickup" for your order, you can pick up the goods within one month after paying the price.
