- Surface mail (without insurance)

- SF Express (freight collect)
2. Shipping instructions
- Goods are generally classified as "ready stock" or "pre-order goods". "Ready stock" is usually shipped within 3 working days after payment is completed. - If there are both "ready stock" and "pre-order goods" in the same order, or there are products with different release dates, the order will be shipped at the same time after all goods arrive. If the customer wants to split the order and ship it in batches, please place the order separately, or contact us through the customer communication in the order after placing the order. If the free shipping amount of $800 (local only) is not reached after splitting the order, the customer needs to pay the collect shipping fee.
- Shipping time is generally from Monday to Sunday. SF Express does not ship on Sundays and public holidays.
- For store pickup, please refer to store business hours.
- For orders that choose "Store Pickup", since some products may take time to be stocked, please go to the store to pick up the order after receiving the "Arrived" email notification. The goods will be kept in the store for one month. Failure to pick up the goods after the time limit will be deemed as abandonment of the order.
