1. Shipping and Order Fulfillment
In-Stock vs. Pre-order Items: Products are generally categorized as "In-Stock" or "Pre-order." In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Combined Shipping: If an order contains a mix of "In-Stock" and "Pre-order" items, or pre-order items with different release dates, the entire order will only be shipped once all items have arrived.
Split Shipments: Customers who prefer separate shipments should place individual orders or contact us via the order's customer communication channel after checkout. Please note that if a split shipment causes any part of the order to fall below the $800 free shipping threshold, the customer will be responsible for the cash-on-delivery (COD) shipping fees.
2. In-Store Pickup
Notification Required: For orders opting for "In-Store Pickup," please wait until you receive an email notification stating "Ready for Pickup" before visiting the store, as certain items require time for preparation.
Pickup Window: Items will be held at the store for one month. Failure to pick up the items within this period will result in the order being deemed abandoned.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order status is updated to "Confirmed," no changes or cancellations will be accepted unless exceptional circumstances apply.
4. Inventory Discrepancies (In-Stock Items)
Upon receiving an order for "In-Stock" items, the status will be updated to "Confirmed" once stock availability is verified. In rare instances of stock shortages, we will issue a refund for the out-of-stock items, or the customer may request a full order refund.
- Customers may contact us prior to placing an order to verify stock availability in advance.
- Note on Credit Card Fees: As credit card processing fees are charged directly by the e-commerce platform, we are unable to refund this portion of the transaction fee.
5. Pre-Order Allocation and Cancellations
- Pre-order items may be subject to order cancellation due to supply shortages, in which case a full refund will be issued. For refunds to overseas bank accounts, the customer may be responsible for any applicable bank handling fees.
- Note on Credit Card Fees: As credit card processing fees are charged directly by the e-commerce platform, we are unable to refund this portion of the transaction fee.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
All sales are final; items sold are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Single Cards (Singles): As all trading cards are unsealed manually and may bear manufacturer imperfections from printing or packaging, we do not guarantee cards to be in "gem mint" condition. All singles are sold as-is and are graded at approximately 90% near-mint condition by default.
Sealed Boxes / Original Products: For returns regarding quality defects, please retain the brand-new, complete original packaging and contact us with supporting photos within 7 business days.
7. Pre-Order Release Modifications
The content and release dates of "Pre-order" items are subject to final announcements by the manufacturer. Customers are not entitled to amend or cancel their orders due to any such changes or delays.
8. Final Payment for Pre-Orders
Full payment for pre-order items must be settled within one week of the product's arrival. Failure to clear the balance will result in the order being deemed abandoned, and the shop reserves the right to dispose of the unclaimed merchandise.
For abandoned pre-orders opting for "In-Store Pickup," items may still be collected within one month provided the full payment has been completely settled.
